Calvin is a Colorist based in New York City. He has established himself as an independent artist, working across a range of content including commercials, music videos, short films, and documentaries. Calvin's love for color was sparked during his time studying cinematography at Savannah College of Art and Design, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Film and Television. After graduating college, Calvin worked as a post-production technician before landing a role as a color assist at The Mill NY. In addition to his love of color grading, Calvin has a passion for emerging technologies and workflow optimization. He is constantly exploring new tools and techniques to improve his work and streamline his process. As an immigrant from Trinidad and Tobago, Calvin loves drawing from the richness of his Caribbean culture for inspiration within life and his work. He is passionate about representing his community and culture in his art, and strives to create work that is both visually stunning and deeply meaningful.
