As Head of Integrated Production, I’m a fully integrated producer and I produce DOOH, OOH, television and radio commercials and content, as well as, manage a team of 5 producers. In my role of producer, I am responsible for producing commercial campaigns including brand ads and digital content as per briefs supplied by our Clients. I handle the full production process including managing budgets, timings and every step inbetween to ensure we produce world class, award winning content. Over and above producing commercials I also support and motivate my team of producers should they require my assistance at any stage of the production process. I also manage their workload, distributing briefs based not only on their individual capabilities, but their strengths and weaknesses and their workload capacity
