Overview Amoeba Music, the world’s largest independent music retailer, has been welcoming music lovers to their landmark stores since 1990. In addition to stocking every kind of music imaginable, including the biggest selection of vinyl LPs found anywhere, Amoeba locations are also hugely popular meeting places for the independent music community. Amoeba Music now has the kind of powerful online brand destination and eCommerce platform they envisioned. Challenge To transition Amoeba’s physical in-store customer base to digital using online systems to help track, manage, and increase sales. Solution We built a robust CMS for Amoeba.com with a simple-to-use interface and a powerful suite of marketing tools to support SEO efforts. This helped increase both online and in-store sales through an intuitive order management workflow to view and track orders with an efficient one-page checkout process. We designed Amoeba.com from the ground up to serve as the central hub for both online and in-store sales & marketing efforts.
