Addressing the concerning statistic from Haleon Research indicating that half of U.K. children experience low self-confidence due to their teeth, the initiative celebrates all types of dental features, from quirky gaps to unique arrangements. Dubbed "Perfect Teeth Are Just Healthy Teeth," the campaign challenges the notion of 'picture-perfect' teeth, shifting focus towards oral health rather than aesthetics. Renowned photographer Rankin captured portraits of primary school children proudly displaying their healthy smiles, showcased across out-of-home and social media platforms. Additionally, the campaign introduces concept toothbrushes like "Fangtastic" and "Gap Getter," aiming to encourage dialogue and normalize diverse dental traits. David Wigglesworth, ECD at Grey London, emphasizes the whimsical approach, aiming to address insecurity with a lighthearted solution.
