Faced with the challenge of explaining safety regulations and Check-In procedures at the airport, the team addressed the issue of disinterest and lack of clarity by implementing a creative solution. They developed a short animation utilizing storytelling and humor, which has been continuously screened at Budapest Airport for the past 6 years. The video, displayed on screens along the way to the Check-In points, provides clear instructions in a light-hearted and entertaining manner, effectively engaging travelers and improving understanding of the otherwise mundane and complex safety procedures.
