Helping to Change The Future of Game Creation
Buildbox had user acquisition, but were not able to retain those users due to its complex product and lack of proper onboarding. This was primarily due to new features being added in without evaluating the overall user flow and usability prior to implementation. The main challenge was to drive design as the starting point of all user-related decisions within the company: ultimately changing the entire product management cycle across multiple teams.
