A Creative Concept for the Relaunch of P Magazine
Marking the new strategic direction of their trade journal, the Danish Psychology Union asked us to create a new concept for the relaunch of P Magazine. Balancing the serious nature of the subject with an accessible and aesthetically pleasing appearance, we developed a new visual expression for P Magazine speaks with its own clear identity. Inspired by the notion of duality, the new design features two different typefaces used throughout the magazine, with the new logomark of the P redrawn as a combination of the two. The dual concept carries through to the use of both illustrations and documentary photos, where each article is carefully matched with a selected photographer and illustrator, giving P a consistent system for a variety of styles. https://www.e-types.com/
