Eldorado Stone partnered with Cuker for a comprehensive digital strategy, website redesign, and digital marketing to grow their brand. Eldorado Stone is a leading manufacturer of architectural stone veneer with residential and commercial products. The Goal: We partnered with Eldorado Stone to disrupt the stone siding market. Our goal was to showcase the ‘believability’, inspire and educate customers about the benefits of cultured stone, and convert the trade to adopt manufactured stone siding. - 200% Increase in Traffic - 320% Increase in Leads The Approach: We started with a comprehensive digital strategy to grow the brand online. We identified audience segments within customer groups along with strengths and challenges at distribution channels. We developed strategies to inspire and educate customers online, provide resources for installers, and help drive conversions at specialty distribution channels. We concepted and launched a design concierge service to chaperone leads through their conversion funnel. We redesigned and launched new websites for their product lines. We redefined their marketing with SEO, search marketing, social media, and advertising strategy. We also launched microsites and eCommerce for DIY product line extensions including fire bowls, outdoor kitchens, and fireplace surrounds. Campaign Success: We set out to transform the brand, increase awareness, and disrupt the stone siding category. True to form, this is exactly what we accomplished for Eldorado Stone. We used beautiful imagery to captivate and inspire customers, and elevated the customer exploration process to be the best digital experience in the industry. We helped Eldorado achieve #1 Rankings in Google Search. We grew Eldorado Stones social following and engagement. We also engaged installers to build a community of Eldorado Stone advocates.
