Finnish beverage brand Novelle has transformed a familiar delivery robot into an interactive summer activation that rewards spontaneous human interaction. Touring the cities of Helsinki, Tampere and Turku, the roaming robot approaches passers-by and challenges them to “show their thirst for life” through gestures, expressions or playful actions such as dancing or waving. Rather than focusing on product delivery, the activation uses technology to spark real-world engagement, with participants rewarded with a bottle of Novelle’s latest beverage. By playfully challenging Finland’s reputation for reserve and personal space, the campaign celebrates everyday moments of joy and connection, reinforcing Novelle’s belief that life’s most meaningful experiences often come from unexpected encounters.
