Integer “Hear Me”
The outside world has a plethora of events that affect our employees’ lives and in turn affect how they’re able to perform in the workplace. Not having a place to discuss these complicated emotions and being forced to remain silent during these crises create stress-related incidents, including health issues, dissatisfaction with work, and strained employee relationships. We created the “Hear Me” Series, which allows voices from across the Integer Network to come together and discuss what’s happening in our country, how the events have affected us and our families (inside and outside of work), and ultimately how we can impact change individually and collectively. Employees now have a voice and a safe space to discuss issues surrounding race, gender, etc., and can join in to help create solutions for our community. Credits Agency: Integer
