JumpStory - www.jumpstory.com - is created by two Aarhus entrepreneurs and marketers Jonathan Løw and Anders Thiim. Both come with many years of experience in digital marketing and PR, but also with a built-up frustration in relation to the entire stockphoto industry - an industry that has annual sales of over 30 billion DKK with the market leaders Getty Images and Shutterstock. JumpStory sørger for at: - Simplicifere licenseringen. DKK i vækstkapital. Dvs. at 95% spilder deres tid. English (Google translate) JumpStory - www.jumpstory.com - is created by two Aarhus entrepreneurs and marketers Jonathan Løw and Anders Thiim. Both come with many years of experience in digital marketing and PR, but also with a built-up frustration in relation to the entire stockphoto industry - an industry that has annual sales of over 30 billion DKK with the market leaders Getty Images and Shutterstock. There are several major problems in the stock photo industry from a marketing perspective - whether you are a creative, CMO, digital marketer etc .: - The license models are complex. There are a myriad of different licenses for different purposes. It can be difficult for the individual creative to figure out what they are allowed to use and what they are not allowed to use. Therefore, legal, especially in the larger organizations, often have to go through the process, which complicates and delays it. - The price models are complex and expensive. For two decades, the same price models have been used, where pictures and videos are bought free individually or in packages. No innovation has taken place in the area, although in the same period fundamentally new thinking has taken place within related industries - for example films / series (Netflix) and music (Spotify). - The pictures are clichéd and perform poorly. Stock photos rightly have a dubious reputation. For far too long, the content has been devoid of diversity, authenticity, and nerve. Instead, it has been toothpaste smile and assumed diversity. JumpStory is set in the world to solve the above problems globally. Forbes has called the company 'Netflix of images', and although JumpStory is a B2B company as opposed to Netflix, there are similarities in the desire to achieve simplicity and relevance in a new and innovative way. JumpStory makes sure that: - Simplify licensing. JumpStory has only one license. This means that all the content from the platform can be used unlimitedly and for all purposes - both editorial and commercial. - Simplify the pricing models. JumpStory uses one simple SaaS model, where customers can choose between three different 'unlimited models'. In all three models, you get unlimited access, as you know it from Netflix. - Authentic and high-performing images. JumpStory has developed a unique technology that enables the platform to: - scan licenses on images to make sure they have the correct license - sort out images that are not authentic in their expression. By authentic, JumpStory means an expression that is human and feels real and 'powerful'. This is done by training algorithms based on tens of thousands of images and teaching the artificial intelligence what to look for and prefer. - prefer pictures that perform well. By performance is meant images that are expected to have an 'impact' on the recipient. This is again done by developing a unique algorithm that is trained based on the things we know about neuromarketing and digital performance of photos. The algorithm is trained in photos that meet given criteria and do not, respectively, thus prioritizing the images for the recipient and saving them time and ensuring 'high performing images'. JumpStory was established as a company in 2019. In the most recent financial year, the company grew by 230%. There are employees from seven different countries in the office in Aarhus. The company has also raised DKK 17 million. DKK in growth capital. The key and growth figures show that JumpStory: - has customers in +130 countries - has thousands of paying and active customers - also has integrated an API (enterprise) solution in leading marketing platforms such as APSIS, Scratcher, SEMrush and others. - continuously improves the CAC and LTV ratio - has an NPS score of 55 which is significantly higher than the average (35). - significantly improves people's search time. Searches on competitor Shutterstock's platform usually result in 5% downloading an image. Ie. that 95% waste their time. At JumpStory, the corresponding figure is 25%. Ie. a solution that is five times as effective in terms of time savings. JumpStory is the company in the stock photo industry that: - is second highest in positive ratings on Trustpilot - is 'highest performer' on G2 - has the highest customer satisfaction on G2.
