The challenge How do we change people’s behaviour when it comes to IT security? The solution Let them play through different everyday scenarios. Challenge and ambitions The client demanded a way to make an impact. The purpose was to change the employee’s behaviour – and a traditional written PDF would simply be way too boring. In collaboration with the client, we decided that the 100,000 public employees should play a digital learning game. Behind the solution We were inspired by the mentality behind gaming.
