Reflections
Trans+ History Week 2026 returns with Reflections, a national campaign created with Uncharted Studio that uses storytelling, public installations, and journalism to foreground Trans+ resilience and historical continuity during a politically charged moment in the UK. Running from 30 April to 10 May, the initiative responds to heightened scrutiny following recent legal and policy developments by centring lived experience rather than debate. Built around water as a metaphor for endurance, adaptation, and collective impact, the campaign spans OOH sites across major UK cities and an immersive Outernet London installation where ripples reveal messages of strength, survival, and visibility. Alongside the awareness work, QueerAF has commissioned 21 Trans+ creatives to produce original reporting on often-erased histories, while events across London bring communities and allies together through live discussions, comedy, and cultural programming. More than a commemorative week, the platform positions history itself as a form of resistance, education, and solidarity.
