Catalogue - Psychological Working Environment
Focusing on the psychological working environment Being a scholar and writing a PhD thesis can be lonely. You are your own boss, the competition for funds is strong, you create your own framework and fight for your own succes. We have drawn up the design for a catalogue focusing on developing a great psychological working environment for scholars at universities. We have designed an interesting and well-arranged catalogue in which each theme has a specific colour and each case has its individual expression. At the same time, there is a shared identity and common thread which gives the catalogue a professional look. Jørgen Stamp has drawn the illustrations, which – with patterns and colours – help explain and visualise the abstract themes concerning a psychological working environment. The catalogue is a collection of the conclusions reached at a conference held at University of Copenhagen by the Agency for Higher Education and Akademikerne (The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations). Besides sharing the conclusions from the conference, the purpose of the catalogue is to motivate and inspire the academic staff at universities to work on improving the working environment. https://bgraphic.dk/ DANSK Fokus på psykisk arbejdsmiljø At være forsker og skive en ph.d.-afhandling kan være en ensom post. Man er sin egen chef, der er stor konkurrence om midlerne, man skal selv skabe rammerne og kæmpe for sin egen succes. Vi har udarbejdet design på et inspirationskatalog med fokus på at udvikle et godt psykisk arbejdsmiljø for forskerne på universiteterne. Vi har skabt et spændende og overskueligt katalog, hvor hvert tema har en bestemt farve, og hver case har et individuelt udtryk. Samtidig er der en fælles identitet og rød tråd, der sikrer, at kataloget fremstår samlet og professionelt. Jørgen Stamp har tegnet illustrationerne, som sammen med mønstre og farver formår at beskrive og billedliggøre de abstrakte temaer omkring psykisk arbejdsmiljø. Kataloget fungerer som en opsamling på en konference, som blev afholdt på Københavns Universitet af Styrelsen for Videregående Uddannelser og Akademikerne. Målet med kataloget er – ud over at samle konferencens konklusioner – at motivere og inspirere det videnskabelige personale på universiteterne til at arbejde med arbejdsmiljøet. https://bgraphic.dk/
