My Connection Hrvatski Telekom
Many older people feel shut out of the digital world. Standard tutorials are often too technical to help, and the gap leaves them open to scams or missing out on everyday conveniences. Hrvatski Telekom's answer was Moja veza (My Connection), a free tabloid-style magazine that teaches digital skills through the kind of juicy stories readers know from the yellow press. Each romance, crime, lifestyle or horoscope piece is built around a piece of technology, from sending a WhatsApp message to paying bills online or spotting a suspicious link. Plain-language explainers sit beside each story, and QR codes lead to video tutorials. The magazine covers more than 50 digital concepts. It was printed on recycled paper, handed out free in T-Centers across Croatia, and also published online.
