Adkisson Search Consultants needed a strategic partner to elevate their visual identity and generate demand for their their best-in-class healthcare recruiting services. Bringing the right people together As a leading Midwest physician recruiting and healthcare executive search firm, Adkisson deals in people, not necessarily technology. Adkisson needed a strategic marketing and design partner, tasking Solid Digital with elevating their visual identity and generating awareness (as well as qualified leads) in their local markets. Website design As a veteran in the healthcare staffing space, Adkisson Search Consultants had developed a reputation for excellence in its nearly two decade history. But prior to embarking upon this engagement weren’t doing a great job of communicating their expertise online in a way that established trust, authority (and generated leads). Knowing that there were living areas of the website that required ongoing content updates and maintenance, including job opportunities and a robust blog, Solid Digital made a decision keep their content on the powerful WordPress Content Management System, which would allow both our team, and the folks at Adkisson, to update content with ease (and no coding) well into the future. However, Solid Digital did that idea one step further—Solid Digital didn’t use themes or pre-built frameworks but instead employed Elementor’s page builder, allowing us to deliver a fully custom design execution without having to spend huge amounts of time writing custom code or wrestling with pre-built themes.
