The “Feed This” PSA, created by Standard Practice for the Albertsons Companies Foundation, is the centrepiece of the nationwide “Nourish the American Dream” initiative, which aims to help end childhood hunger across the United States. Rather than focusing on hunger itself, the campaign imagines the opportunities children gain when their basic needs are met, using warm, nostalgic imagery of kids playing, creating, and thriving to illustrate what proper nourishment makes possible. Supported by more than 250 nonprofit organisations, a national fundraising drive, and integrated media activations, the campaign encourages collective action by reframing food donations as an investment in children’s potential, joy, and ability to pursue the American Dream.
