The campaign targets busy Australians in their 30s and 40s, positioning Bankwest as an intuitive, easy banking solution for those at their peak life-busy. The three launch films, directed by Steve Ayson from 3&7, highlight how simple banking frees up time for personal pursuits, with an AI voiceover adding a unique, humorous touch that became a memorable feature of the campaign. The integrated campaign also includes striking out-of-home work and will run across cinema, broadcast, online video, digital, and social platforms. Bankwest's general manager of customer, marketing, and communications, Jodene Murphy, emphasized the brand’s goal of offering a simpler banking experience, which was made possible through hundreds of hours of customer testing. The campaign, which started on March 23, will roll out nationally in the coming weeks.
