Fronted by a comedic duo racing through the streets in a branded ambulance, the work brings energy and relatability to the brand, supported by refreshed identity, sonic branding inspired by sirens, and long‑term character development. Despite production challenges, including Auckland’s unpredictable weather and a second‑hand ambulance breaking down mid‑shoot, the campaign signals a strategic shift toward building brand love while staying true to Bargain Chemist’s retail roots.
