COVERGIRL challenged gender stereotypes in American football with “Rantin’ and Raven”, the first all-female football pregame show. Recognizing that women make up nearly half of football fans but are largely absent from broadcast roles, the campaign gave female fans a visible voice outside the stadium. Led by sportscasting pioneer Lesley Visser and 15 female football fans, the show was filmed live in Baltimore and shared on YouTube, sparking widespread conversation about gender in sports. The campaign achieved over 7M Facebook views, 421K organic YouTube views, and a 375% increase in non-sideline reporters, amplifying advocacy and inspiring a new generation of female football fans.
