Guacxiety puts a name to a feeling most guacamole fans know: buying an avocado and having no idea whether it will be rock-hard or brown by the time you need it. Good Foods turns that small, recurring panic into a deadpan late-night infomercial. A cheerful host in a bright studio kitchen pitches the Guacxiety Stress Ball to a whooping audience, cuts to an "Overripe Cam," brings on a "Brain Expert" whose chart shows Guacxiety plunging since the product launched twenty minutes earlier, and rolls customer testimonials from a poolside lounger, a produce aisle and a backyard party. The last testimonial skips the stress ball altogether in favour of Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, made from ripe, hand-scooped avocados and ready as soon as the tub is opened, which leaves the host briefly lost for words. The film runs as a 90-second hero cut with a :30 and a teaser across digital and connected TV. It launched on National Guacamole Day, September 16, 2026, alongside a guacxiety website and a free limited-edition avocado stress ball ordered through goodfoods.com while supplies last, a nod to the squishy fidget toys popular with Gen Z on TikTok and Instagram. A Harris Poll survey commissioned by Good Foods Group supports the premise: 82% of avocado buyers say they get frustrated when avocados spoil before they can use them, and 68% say buying whole avocados feels like a guessing game. Rival created the campaign and produced the film in-house.
