Praxent's site redesign significantly improved user experience, and provided scalability to support HASC’s 30% year-over-year growth, driven by an ever-expanding catalog of courses and service offerings. In addition to the forward-facing site, we also optimized tools to make corresponding backend processes run smoother. By enabling clients to easily manage their rosters and providing notifications of expiring certifications, the platform now allows for certification management. These efforts open the door for increased training and clinic registrations, as well as other professional development courses. They also support new industry expansion and partnerships with third-party content providers. By implementing a scalable visual design, the site is now equipped to support the ongoing, rapid growth the council is experiencing, ultimately enabling ongoing innovation. While HASC does not track client satisfaction as a quantitative metric, it has received a steady stream of compliments on the new site experience. The site enables member organizations to be more efficient and proactive in managing compliance for contractors, which in turn increases workplace safety. HASC has grown 30% this year in course registrations, due in part to an increase in activity in the Oil and Gas industry.
