In 2019, two of Paris’s most respected fashion schools merged to form the new Institut Français de la Mode (IFM). The challenge: create a global brand identity that reflected IFM’s ambition to become the world’s top fashion school, combining creativity, business, and craftsmanship. BaseBRU developed a bold visual identity and digital strategy, centered around a custom serif typeface that feels both timeless and contemporary. The result is a flexible, bilingual design system that students and faculty proudly adopted, bringing it to life across print, digital, and social platforms.
