At the heart of the campaign is a short film directed by Yorgos Lanthimos and starring internationally renowned actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson. Set in a heightened version of the Jameson Distillery, designed by Shona Heath, the film follows Taylor-Johnson as he attempts to uncover the untold secrets behind Jameson Black Barrel’s whiskey-making process. These secrets, however, are not written down—they live in the minds of the master craftspeople who create the whiskey. Moving through a series of immersive spaces, the journey playfully showcases the artistry and depth of Jameson Black Barrel, celebrated for its toasted oak, caramel, and vanilla spice notes. The campaign invites whiskey enthusiasts into the world of Jameson Black Barrel, blending storytelling with cinematic flair to reinforce the brand’s heritage and signature smoothness.
