KEEN’s first trail-running category needed a voice distinct from the brand’s lifestyle heritage without abandoning outdoor roots. Mac Moss Studio reworked the KEEN wordmark into lichen-like lettering and wrapped Seek, Roam, and Wander in organic maps, feet, and roots—paired with Melun and Space Mono, custom icons, textured photography, and shoe motion. The Run for the Trails system gives performance product a living graphic language that still reads unmistakably KEEN on trail and in retail.
