Increasing scientific content distribution
Lundbeck hired BotSupply to work with them on a series of AI- and bot concepts, with the goal to better drive engagement and spread scientific knowledge, content and media. In an effort to make knowledge more accessible for physicians through different channels, interaction models and technology, multi-lingual bots were developed. Firstly, a web bot was deployed and integrated with Drupal CMS. Secondly, a multi-platform voice bot was created and deployed as a Google Action (voice app).
