These stakes contribute to heightened levels of stress, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, and even depression. To address these challenges, Mindy, Chile's mental health and wellness platform, introduced The Other PAES, an innovative initiative focused on students' emotional well-being. This unique test shifts the focus from academic performance to mental health by asking questions such as: How are you feeling? Are you stressed? Have you been sleeping or eating well? Do you feel lonely? By visiting mindy.cl/laotrapaes, students can respond to nine questions crafted by mental health professionals, enabling early detection of symptoms, timely support, and guidance through this critical period.
