But gay sex remains illegal, and LGBTQ lifestyles are not embraced, causing the vast majority of gay people to stay in the closet. This has massive negative ramifications on a personal level. Oogachaga Counselling decided to utilize Snapchat to provide support and an outlet for Singapore's gay youth. By connecting with Oogachaga on Snapchat, people could access immediate and confidential advice and help.
