PetSmart Jumpstarts the Joy
“PetSmart Jumpstarts the Joy” is a warm, emotionally driven holiday campaign from Deutsch celebrating the unique joy pets bring to their families. Set between a real PetSmart store and a cozy family home, the spot uses a magical in-store “portal” and a playful twist on ’Twas the Night Before Christmas’ to highlight the enchantment of the holidays through a pet’s eyes. With a diverse cast of pets and a focus on connection over cost, the campaign reflects how pet parents continue to prioritise joyful moments and festive experiences with their animals—no matter the economy. Running across 360 channels, it reinforces PetSmart’s role in making the season bright through grooming, gifting, photos with Santa, and last-minute holiday essentials.
