AE Studio has collaborated with Protocol Labs, an open-source research, development, and deployment laboratory, on various projects, including IPFS, Filecoin, and libp2p. The collaboration involved building open-source tools, developing a network inspector for the Kademlia DHT implementation in go-libp2p, creating a network visualization and debugging tool for Filecoin using WebGL, and working on testing and optimizations for libp2p's gossip sub protocol, which is intended for integration into ETH 2.0.
