The Cat Code
Publicis Brazil created a playful CRM campaign for Purina Friskies called The CatCodes, turning a common cat behavior—walking on keyboards—into a brand interaction. After registering online, pet owners can use a "cat decoder" to translate their cat’s random typing into discount codes for Friskies products on Amazon. The idea was sparked by a real incident during a virtual meeting and aims to blend fun with loyalty strategy. The campaign includes digital films, content, and OOH materials, reinforcing Friskies’ connection to cat owners in an unexpected, engaging way.
