CHALLENGE ReSound had developed the world’s first made for iPhone hearing aids. For the first time they had a product that would appeal directly to consumers. But their communication was still very medical in style and tone. SOLUTION We helped ReSound create the Smart Hearing brand platform, placing awareness on lifestyle over medical solutions. Over recent years we have continued to work closely with ReSound as they become a more consumer-facing company.
