Love, Your Mind
The “Love, Your Mind” PSA from Ad Council and Sesame Workshop uses beloved Sesame Street characters and their mothers to spotlight the importance of maternal mental health, encouraging parents—especially new moms—to prioritise their own emotional wellbeing alongside their children’s. Created as part of a wider mental health initiative, the film gently reframes caregiving by showing that parents also experience “big feelings” and need support, with familiar characters like Elmo and Cookie Monster helping deliver an accessible, emotionally resonant reminder to seek help when needed.
