To demonstrate this shocking truth, Mother London created a TV ad with an equally shocking visual: a vomiting washing machine, which throws up all the laundry plastic we’ve consumed as a nation. The twisted metaphor aims to entertain people whilst drawing their attention to this often-ignored problem, and offering them a simple solution to help, by switching to smol.
