IAG Creative Services created an immersive Lost & Found activation for State Insurance at Auckland’s Laneway Festival, connecting with a younger audience by making insurance tangible, useful and relevant to festival culture. Designed as a vibrant, cloud-like wonderland with bold pink and orange stripes, the space offered lost-item collection, coat check, phone charging, a place to relax and a meeting point for friends. By solving real festival-goer needs through a colourful, functional experience, the activation helped position State as a brand that supports young people and their everyday lives.
