In a perpetually competitive allergy market, ZYRTEC® remains dedicated to further expanding its connection with multicultural consumers in manners that genuinely resonate, recognizing the distinctive challenges they encounter with allergies. Throughout 2023, the main goal was to enhance multicultural awareness and interest in ZYRTEC® products, particularly among African American and Hispanic demographics. Achieving this necessitated setting ZYRTEC® apart in a fiercely competitive and saturated market through compelling content.
