What’s the point of driving electric when your electricity isn’t green? Belgians who ride an electric or hybrid car do so for ecological reasons. But 56% of these drivers admit not knowing where the electricity they use to charge their bikes with, comes from. Or don't use green energy to charge their vehicle. Volvo and FamousGrey want to get rid of this contradiction with Volts by Volvo, a beneficial green energy contract for your home, where anyone can charge their vehicle and prepare for a true green ride. To pull this off we partnered up with Eneco, the biggest suplier of green energy in Belgium and providing an exclusive benefit to Volvo clients. Results: - 7.5 M Belgians reached through PR. - 71% will re-evaluate their electricity contract - 1/4 electric drivers engaged with our online platform - The campaign is being rolled-out in 26 other international markets.
