The spot follows a man’s emotional journey rehabilitating from a shoulder injury, guided by his physiotherapist, as he prepares for a significant life event. The film captures small, intimate moments—like using a milk bottle for rehab or a partner’s reassuring hand—underscoring personal determination, humanity, and the quiet heroism of everyday New Zealanders. Supported by MBM and TRA, the campaign runs across digital and social platforms nationwide, aiming to inform and inspire better recovery outcomes from sprains and strains.
