Driving Round Looking For Unknown
Directing duo Folkert Verdoorn and Simon Becks deliver a mesmerizing blend of cinematic absurdity in the video for Driving Round Looking For Unknown by Dutch R&B/hip-hop artist Cero Ismael. Set in an alternate reality where Napoleonic-era warfare meets futuristic technology, the video portrays Ismael as a disfigured figure being dragged through the streets by a drone-pulled carriage, creating a striking fusion of steampunk and sci-fi elements. The result is a visually rich, gritty, and thought-provoking narrative that captures both the playful and unsettling nature of the world Verdoorn and Becks have crafted, offering a captivating introduction to their creative vision while serving as a bold showcase for Ismael's music.
