The Out of Home Project
This campaign started out through a partnership between Clear Channel, Prime Weber Shandwick, and Stockholms Stad (City of Stockholm). In order to highlight the possibilities of Clear Channels screens on the streets of Stockholm, the parameters of weather data, distance, and time were utilised to guide people that live in homelessness to a closeby shelter, as soon as the tempereture went under -7 degrees. During warmer periods, messages, and information regarding the need for volontaires, and donations were directed towards the general public. The moving billboards hence worked as a digital emergency system throughout the campaign.
