Webshop Design & Brand Identity
For Decorate Shop, we have developed a complete identity and designed their webshop using their identity as a starting point. Decorate Shop is a chain of shops with a long series of interior designer articles and designer furniture. Today, they have six physical shops and their vision is to become the customers’ first choice, when it comes to lifestyle, interiors, and design. When you visit Decorate’s physical shops, you are met by passionate employees with a high level of service, engagement, and interest in interior design and furnishing. The intended goal of the webshop was to give the customers the same high level of shopping quality, that they know from Decorate’s physical shops - regardless if they use their desktop, mobile phone, or tablet to visit the webshop. The focus was to develop a webshop, where the user experience is the absolute best. At the same time, we wanted to inspire the user during their visit without having to compromise with the service level. At Decorate Shop, they care about good design and quality products. In collaboration with Decorate Shop, we, therefore, developed an identity that complements the values they channel out to their customers.
