Blending nostalgia, flavor, and emotional resonance, the campaign centers on a humorous hero spot set in a playful, 1990s-inspired call center. Here, a team of abuelas wearing headsets offers advice on everything from relationship dilemmas to perfecting carnitas, all delivered with heartfelt wisdom and no tolerance for cutting corners. The concept playfully subverts the tech industry’s fascination with AI, celebrating instead the warmth, cultural heritage, and culinary expertise that define the Del Real brand.
