Reshaping the experience from first contact to signed contract. All on the custom platform Kvalifik have built and designed. Challenge A huge Excel sheet and endless email threads resulted in important information being shrouded in the process of selling an electrical vehicle. EV-remarketing wasted a great deal of time on manual processes and repetitive tasks - It was limiting their growth. They wanted to automate their business and enter into the digital era. Process Kvalifik started with mapping out the entire sales process, which turned out to be a lot more complex than they were initially aware off. Afterwards, quick mockups of key screens and features were developed. The platform was then developed in an agile process in close collaboration with the team at EV-remarketing. In a series of two-week sprints, the most essential features were built first and have constantly added new functionality, e.g. when the need for fraud detection emerged. Results Today EV-remarketing has a platform, that automates the entire process, saving them a great deal of time and ressources, while delivering a better customer experience. The platform automatically fetches available data about the car and it is easy for the user to upload photos, add details, and prove that they are who they say they are. The user can see the price and sign the contract online. For EV-remarketing they now have a complete and detailed overview of their entire business on the platform, where the right employee get sinformed at the right time.
