The Health Service Executive (HSE) teamed up with Publicis Dublin to launch the ‘Every Second Counts’ campaign, focusing on the critical urgency needed when stroke symptoms appear. The campaign aims to reduce hesitation by educating people to immediately call emergency numbers (999 or 112) at the very first sign of a stroke, emphasizing that timely action can mean the difference between recovery and severe disability or death.
