Small in Show
For the past 150 years, Kaytee has been the leader in all things small pet and bird. We’re talking hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, parakeets, macaws, cockatoos, cockatiels, canaries, mice, rats (yes, rats) and more. But let’s face it, we live in a dog-and-cat-obsessed world where small animals are often treated as second-class pets. Kaytee wanted to change that. They wanted the world to see small pets for the wonderful little companions they really are. In their first-ever brand campaign, Kaytee stood tall for those lovable little underdogs with “All for the Small,” a platform that put small pets center stage (literally) by celebrating them in all their furry, feathered glory. Who needs a dog show when you can have a small-pet show? We created our very own show celebrating small pets and birds, called Small in Show. They opened this digital and social small-pet show to the whole entire little world, and received over 300 entries of various sizes, shapes, and fur lengths. Unfortunately, there could be only three winners.
