Mayo Clinic has launched its latest advertising campaign, "Transforming Health Care," showcasing the innovation, technology, and patient-centric care that have solidified its position as the No. 1 hospital in the U.S. for seven consecutive years, according to U.S. News & World Report. Developed by Mayo Clinic’s internal creative agency, the campaign features engaging, vivid visuals and a concept that transforms commonly heard healthcare terms from negative to positive—a metaphor for the real-life advancements made possible by Mayo Clinic’s groundbreaking technology. Ranked first among 300 healthcare organizations in Newsweek’s "World’s Best Smart Hospitals 2023", Mayo Clinic continues to lead in AI, robotics, and data-driven healthcare solutions. Building on the 2020 campaign "The Power of Answers," this new work brings futuristic medical practices to life in visually stunning, real-world representations. The 30- and 60-second spots—"Imaginable," "Predictable," and "Seeable"—illustrate how Mayo Clinic removes barriers to care through its team-based model and pioneering advancements. To bring this vision to life, Mayo Clinic’s creative team partnered with directing team Espadaysantacruz and 1stAveMachine. The production partners were given a firsthand tour of Mayo Clinic’s Rochester, Minnesota facilities to experience the spaces, technology, and expertise behind the campaign. Pushing creative boundaries, the team opted for practical effects over CGI, using state-of-the-art LED walls and floorsto create dynamic backdrops and lighting environments. This approach mirrors Mayo Clinic’s own spirit of innovation, ensuring that the "un" in words like "unsolvable," "untreatable," and "undefinable" is visibly removed—just as the hospital removes barriers in patient care.
