Almost Champions Ring of Comfort
M&M'S® launches its Super Bowl LVIII ad, "Almost Champions," featuring Scarlett Johansson, Dan Marino, Terrell Owens, and Bruce Smith. The commercial humorously depicts the stars in a lab with M&M'S characters, introducing the "M&M'S Almost Champions Ring of Comfort." With a playful nod to being "almost champions" in Oscar® nominations and Super Bowl appearances, the ad aligns with M&M'S commitment to fun and inclusivity. The innovative ring, adorned with lab-made diamonds from M&M'S Peanut Butter, challenges the tradition of awarding Super Bowl rings only to the winning team. The 30-second spot will air during the first quarter of the Super Bowl LVIII broadcast on CBS. The campaign is a creation of BBDO New York and Team Omnicom.
