Cup Is the Love
Cup Is the Love is a one-minute heavy-metal music-video parody that reunites Cup Noodles with Brazilian comedy-metal band Massacration, rebranded for the occasion as "MassaCreation", to announce the brand's presence at Rock in Rio Brasil 2026. Riffing on the band's anthem "Metal Is the Law", the five members, in character as Detonator, Metal Avenger, Red Head Hammett, Jimmy The Hammer and Headmaster, thrash through an original track wearing towering Cup Noodles "Cup Helmets", while karaoke-style lyrics howl "Cup Noodleeeees" and point fans to the CupNoodleslândia space at the festival. Staged as a mock-epic metal clip of torches, lightning bolts, a banquet table and a headbanging crowd, it slips in parodies of Massacration's own videos for fans to spot and gives mascot Cupman a starring turn, before Ufão, the character of Nissin Yakissoba U.F.O., crashes the finale to announce that its ultra-intense sauce is landing at the City of Rock too. The film launched on the brand's Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook ahead of the festival and was amplified by influencers covering Rock in Rio for the brand.
