The campaign for Situation Sthlm offers an intimate, first-person portrait of life on the streets of Stockholm through the eyes of one of its vendors. Filmed and narrated entirely from a subjective perspective, the film follows a single day in the life of a Situation Sthlm seller, grounding the story in authenticity by basing the script on real experiences from street life. The role is played by Linda, a long-time vendor of the magazine, whose presence brings credibility and emotional weight to the narrative. By placing viewers directly in the vendor’s position, the film humanises homelessness, highlights the dignity of work behind selling the magazine, and reinforces Situation Sthlm’s mission of empowering people experiencing homelessness through opportunity rather than charity.
