HeimatTBWA\ and Hornbach finally ship a decade-old idea: five young European makers build a van-sized, fully working 35mm film camera entirely from Hornbach store products — utility boxes, water pipes, magnifying-glass lenses, a cement-mixer film drive, organic-waste-bin lens hood — then shoot gloriously strange spots through it. Directed by Glue Society through Tony Petersen Film and Revolver around the Hornbach Colentina store in Bucharest, with the 10-minute making-of Always Think Too Big plus Chase / Boot hero films and a Hornbach Five Minute Film Festival of maker shorts. Proof that with passion and Hornbach’s range, almost anything is possible.
